Ekip Policy Lab #9 explores the role of cultural heritage institutions (CHIs) in open innovation ecosystems. The main objective of the Lab is to examine the relation between innovation policies and the actual innovation practices taking place within CHIs across Europe.
In the context of this research, we understand cultural heritage institutions (CHIs) to include: galleries, museums, archives, libraries, cultural centres, heritage sites, and monuments.
ekip is an EU-funded flagship project that follows the principles of open innovation to establish a policy recommendation engine driven by partners and the active involvement of 40+ CCI networks. This engine will continuously promote the development and adoption of policy recommendations for CCIs, resulting in support and guidance that enhances the ability of CCI actors to participate in and contribute to complex innovation processes.
The webinar will take place on May 30, 2025, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm CEST.
Registration 100% online and free, email mandatory to register.
