DESCRIPTION:

This ekip Community Review session builds on the findings of the previous Financing Policy Labs and serves as a second validation stage for the recommendations developed so far.

Focusing on innovative financing and funding mechanisms for the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs), the session will bring together policymakers, practitioners, researchers, financial actors, and ecosystem stakeholders to review, challenge, and refine the emerging results. Participants will reflect on key barriers identified throughout the process, including fragmented funding landscapes, limited access to finance, and the mismatch between the societal value of CCIs and the support structures available to them.

Through discussion and collective validation, the session aims to strengthen the evidence base for the recommendations and ensure they reflect the realities, needs, and opportunities facing Europe’s cultural and creative sectors
