The ekip Academy is a four-day intensive training programme for policy teams designing innovation strategies that integrate cultural and creative industries into collaborations across sectors. Teams of three work together on a shared mission. Whether developing a research agenda, city transformation strategy, or new innovation instrument, the teams leave with practical tools, actionable strategies, and connections to a Europe-wide network of innovation professionals.
The Academy will accept teams of 3 from the same local ecosystem in the EU, including policy and strategy makers, creative and cultural entrepreneurs/organisations, and innovation facilitators. Ideal for those creating, reviewing, or updating innovation strategies at city, regional, or national level. Previous innovation policy experience is welcome but not required. What matters is motivation to engage cultural and creative industries in innovation and the ability to implement system-level change.
